General provisions<\/b><\/li><\/ul><ol><li aria-level=\"1\">These regulations define the rules for using the online store available at www.rddsklep.pl<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">The owner of the store is\u00a0<b>Production, Trade and Service Company &quot;RDD&quot; Robert Dorsz with its registered office in 89-510 Bys\u0142aw, Bys\u0142awek 83 NIP 5611452395 REGON 366657771<\/b><\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">The online store conducts retail sales of goods via the Internet.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Any natural person, legal person or organizational unit with legal capacity may be a customer of the store.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Using the store constitutes acceptance of these regulations.<\/li><\/ol><ul><li><b>2. Prices and offer<\/b><\/li><\/ul><ol><li aria-level=\"1\">All products offered in our store are new or used in accordance with the offer description, free from physical and legal defects and have been legally introduced to the Polish market.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">The prices listed on the website are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN).<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">The store www.rddsklep.pl reserves the right to change product prices, introduce new products to the offer, conduct and cancel promotional campaigns on the store&#039;s website, or introduce changes to them.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Store promotions cannot be combined unless the terms and conditions of a given promotion state otherwise.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Any presentation, description, or description of the goods on the Seller&#039;s website, in the Seller&#039;s descriptions, in catalogs, and other advertising materials is for informational purposes only and constitutes an invitation to enter into a contract, and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Civil Code. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of acceptance of the Customer&#039;s order placed in response to the invitation to enter into a contract. The inclusion of goods on the Seller&#039;s website, catalog, price list, or other advertising materials does not guarantee their availability and fulfillment within the time specified in the announcement. .<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">The Seller reserves the right to make changes at any time to the technical parameters or characteristics of the goods presented, described and specified on the Seller&#039;s website, catalogues or advertising materials.<\/li><\/ol><ul><li><b>3. Placing orders<\/b><\/li><\/ul><ol><li aria-level=\"1\">Orders can be placed via the website www.rddsklep.pl 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">The customer places an order by adding selected products to the cart, then completing the order form and confirming it.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">After placing an order, the customer receives an email confirming its acceptance. The sales contract is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation by the customer.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">In the event of unavailability of the goods covered by the order, the store will immediately inform the customer, who may decide to partially fulfill the order, extend the waiting time or cancel the order.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">The Seller may condition acceptance of an order on prepayment or the provision of appropriate security for payment if circumstances indicate that the Customer will be unable to fulfill their payment obligation, if the product is not in the Seller&#039;s regular assortment, or if the quantities ordered by the Customer exceed the available stock. The Seller is also entitled to withhold fulfillment of an order, despite its prior acceptance, if the Customer&#039;s financial situation changes after the order has been confirmed, in particular if the Customer&#039;s credit limit with the Seller at the time of fulfillment is insufficient. In such a case, the Seller is obligated to immediately inform the Customer of the withholding of the order and set a deadline for the Customer to make the prepayment or provide appropriate security. Failure to do so will result in the order being canceled.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">We do not process orders from competing companies operating in the same industry, i.e. the production of sheet metal machines and other similar activities to ours, or from persons associated with them.<\/li><\/ol><ul><li><b>4. Payment methods<\/b><\/li><\/ul><ol><li aria-level=\"1\">The www.rddsklep.pl store offers the following payment methods:<ul><li aria-level=\"2\">Traditional transfer to the store&#039;s bank account,<\/li><li aria-level=\"2\">Fast online payments (transfers, BLIK, payment cards),<\/li><li aria-level=\"2\">Payment on delivery (cash on delivery).<\/li><li aria-level=\"2\">IMO<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">In the case of payment by bank transfer, order processing begins after the funds are credited to the store&#039;s account.<\/li><\/ol><ul><li><b>5. Delivery<\/b><\/li><\/ul><ol><li aria-level=\"1\">Ordered products are delivered within Poland via courier companies.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Shipping costs are added to the order value and are visible when placing the order.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Order processing time is from 2 to 14 business days, unless the product description states otherwise.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">The store is not responsible for delays in delivery resulting from reasons attributable to the courier company.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">The purchaser of goods on the www.rddsklep.pl store platform with the cash on delivery option and payment upon delivery is responsible for collecting and paying for the goods. If the ordered goods are not collected, a debit note or VAT invoice for PLN 10,000 will be issued based on the order details, with a due date of 10 days from the date of non-collection.<\/li><\/ol><ul><li><b>6. Withdrawal from the contract and returns<\/b><\/li><\/ul><ol><li aria-level=\"1\">The customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">To withdraw from the contract, the customer should send information about his decision to the e-mail address\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:pphurdd@gmail.com\">pphurdd@gmail.com<\/a>\u00a0Please include your order number and contact details in the text.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">The refund will be made to the bank account indicated by the customer within 7 business days of receipt and acceptance of the return by the store.<\/li><\/ol><ul><li><b>7. Complaints<\/b><\/li><\/ul><ol><li aria-level=\"1\">Complaints regarding defects of products purchased in the store www.rddsklep.pl should be reported to the e-mail address <a href=\"mailto:pphurdd@gmail.com\">pphurdd@gmail.com<\/a>\u00a0or by phone at 609211015<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">In the complaint, the customer should provide the order number, description of the defect and contact details.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">The store undertakes to consider the complaint within 14 business days of its submission.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">If the complaint is accepted, the store will replace the goods or repair them. If this is not possible, the customer will receive a full refund.<\/li><\/ol><ul><li><b>8. Final provisions<\/b><\/li><\/ul><ol><li aria-level=\"1\">The www.rddsklep.pl store reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions.
