How to place an order?

To place an order, select the product you're interested in (e.g., a bending machine) and add it to your cart. Then, go to your cart, complete your shipping details, and confirm your order. If you have any additional questions about the product, you can contact us by phone or email.

What payment methods are available?

We currently offer cash on delivery (COD). This means you pay directly to the courier upon delivery. In the near future, we also plan to introduce electronic payments, such as online transfers and card payments.

How is the delivery of ordered machines carried out?

For larger machines (e.g., bending machines), we use courier companies specializing in pallet transport (Hellmann, DHL). Smaller shipments are shipped via standard couriers (InPost, DPD, FedEx, etc.). Delivery times depend on the availability of the goods and the selected method of transport – usually 2 to 7 business days.

Do you offer warranty and post-warranty service?

Yes, as the manufacturer, we provide both warranty and post-warranty service. If your bending machine or other machine requires repair, simply contact us to discuss the details. Detailed service terms (warranty duration, scope of repairs) can be found in the documentation included with the device.

How do I choose the right machine for my needs?

Our offer includes both simple workshop bending machines and more advanced roofing machines. If you're unsure which model is best for you, please contact us by phone or email. Our experts will advise you based on the type of work you plan to perform and your desired performance.

Do you offer international delivery?

Yes, it's possible to ship our machines and accessories to other European countries. Please contact us in advance to determine the exact cost and delivery time.
