📌 The right to withdraw from the contract for entrepreneurs with consumer rights

Entrepreneurs making purchases for business purposes, but not for professional purposes, have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, on the terms and conditions applicable to consumers, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act.

The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the date on which the Buyer took possession of the goods.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform the Seller of his decision by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. e-mail).


📌 Complaints procedure

  1. The Seller is liable to the Buyer for the conformity of the goods with the contract in accordance with the principles set out in applicable law.

  2. Complaints can be submitted:

    • electronically to the store's email address,

    • in writing to the company's registered office address.

  3. The complaint should include:

    • name and surname / company name,

    • contact details,

    • order number,

    • description of the defect,

    • Buyer's request.

  4. Complaints are handled in a timely manner 14 days from the date of their receipt.

  5. The right to file a complaint is also available to entrepreneurs making purchases for business purposes, not of a professional nature, under the same conditions as for consumers.

  6. If the complaint is accepted, the Seller:

    • replace the product,

    • repair the product,

    • will lower the price,

    • will refund the amount due in accordance with the law.

The warranty terms are specified in the warranty card included with the product or in the manufacturer's documentation.
