MS-320 magnetic gauge

The innovative use of neodymium magnets significantly simplifies the gauge's attachment to the machine and equipment components on which it is mounted. The gauge significantly simplifies single-person operation on longer machine tools, such as a sheet metal bending machine, for roofing work, thereby reducing labor costs and speeding up work. The gauge is equipped with a scale on which a pointer moves smoothly, clearly showing the desired dimension on the workpiece. The main mounting element, which was our idea, is a neodymium magnet with a strong holding force connected to an aluminum profile, which carries a measuring scale on top of the profile, integrated with a sliding pointer with a locking mechanism that determines the desired dimension.
